What are the different types of subscription?

Subscriptions are available for individuals (in 3, 6, and 12 month durations) and for schools (on an annual basis). Individual subscriptions provide access for one user, whereas school subscriptions include accounts for many users, plus a special main account which allows the user accounts to be managed and monitored.

Can I see a history of my previous subscriptions to the Clements Theory site?

Yes, if you are an individual subscriber, or if you are the main account holder for a school account). Simply login and go to "My Account". You will find a complete history of your Clements Theory subscriptions under the heading "Previous transactions".

How do I renew or upgrade my subscription?

If you are an individual subscriber, you can easily renew your subscription just by buying a new subscription and it will automatically be added to the end of your current subscription.

If you are a school subscriber, we will contact you in good time before the expiry of your annual subscription. Don't worry - we will not automatically renew your account without asking first, but likewise we won't automatically suspend your account if it's still in use and we've been unable to contact you!

School subscribers can increase the number of student accounts included mid-way through the year, with only the pro-rata difference being due. The number of student accounts can normally only be decreased at the time of renewal.
